When I said that you don’t need to leave Kalahari Resorts to do anything, I really mean it – the resort features a lot of dining options, from steakhouses to ice cream shops. The Check-in process is very smooth – and there are also self-check-in totems which are very convenient! It was very spacious – especially considering that we were only two people. Our room had two queen beds, a TV, a microwave, an external sink, a closet, a coffee machine and complimentary coffee sachets.
There are even rooms with living rooms and dining tables, perfect for big groups or families.
Kalahari Resorts is huge! Honestly, I was surprised by the size – they have more than 900 rooms, can you believe it? The good thing about it is that it offers a variety of room styles to accommodate everyone – from couples to huge groups. Located in Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania, a 2 hours drive from New York City and also from Philadelphia, this resort offers everything you need to have a great time! Trust me: you don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to, cause you will find everything you need for your vacation or free time. That’s how I would describe Kalahari Resorts in Pennsylvania – of course, it is not limited to families, cause you will have a lot of fun as an adult without kids, but I realized this was the best description to summarize the experience.
